§3 Purposes, legal basis and scope of data processing.

  1. We will process your data:
    1. for contact purposes in order to provide you with a response to your message sent to us directly by e-mail or in response to a telephone contact on the basis of the fulfillment of the Administrator’s legitimate interest related to the need to respond to you;
    2. for marketing purposes, solely on the basis of your consent;
    3. for informational purposes to provide you with important information regarding the services you use through our Site;
    4. for technical purposes using cookies (technical cookies), based on the realization of the Administrator’s legitimate interest related to the proper operation and functioning of the Site;
    5. for statistical and analytical purposes, if you have consented to our use of cookies for analytical purposes (analytical cookies);
    6. for marketing purposes, if you have consented to our use of cookies for marketing purposes (marketing cookies);
    7. for the purpose of archiving phone numbers, messages, e-mails, based on the realization of the Administrator’s legitimate interest related to protection against claims;

§4. We do not perform automated profiling on the Site.

  1. We do not use automated profiling on the Site to create marketing campaigns based on measuring user activity, whereby we would be able to target advertising material of our choice to a precisely designated user.
  2. Although we use the advertising systems of our partners (Google), the information and data they acquire about your activity on the Site, on the basis of which we can create marketing campaigns, is not automated profiling, as we are not able to make decisions about you as a specific user based on them (e.g. showing you a specific advertisement). We can only create ads for groups of users, based on general statistical data provided by partners. We are not able to make a specific user see an ad of our choice based on activity data.

§5 Recipients of data and intent to transfer data

  1. Depending on the purpose for which we process your data, the recipients of your personal data may be:
    1. government offices and other public institutions, to the extent that the obligations to transfer data arise from the provisions of the law in force on the territory of the Republic of Poland, for purposes related to the implementation of legal obligations incumbent on the controller, such as the assertion of legal claims, the implementation of tax obligations and other proceedings regulated by the relevant laws;
    2. software provider of the Site (hosting, server, domain);

  2. If you have provided us with your data in an email or telephone message, we will process your data until you request the deletion of that data or object to the processing, but also in the event that we consider that we have fulfilled the legitimate interests of the Administrator.

§7 User Rights.

  1. In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:
    1. access to the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing;
    2. he right to data portability;

The right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time and in any form, unless the processing is done for the purpose of the Administrator’s performance of a contract, for the Administrator’s fulfillment of its legal obligations to state institutions, or for the Administrator’s legitimate interests.
